That's kind of my point. (I think you were referring to the siren comment?)
There is always someone who for whatever reason will not get the word.
In many cases, it is by choice and we can't do anything about that.
But every option that is viable should be used.
We can knock, but they are not required to answer.
That doesn't mean we should stop knocking.
