[EAS] It's not rocket science...

With the plethora of LPFM hobbyists, sales-centric station management 
and staff, and dwindling numbers of engineers (they don't teach FCC 
rules and regs in IT school) it is not surprising that people are 
incapable of EAS 101. How many times have we seen the FCC attorney for a 
station also sign off as the engineer? FCC attorneys cost real money so 
the first two entities in the first sentence are probably going to try 
to avoid having the attorney complete the ETRS for them.
That is why I stated in my reply to that article to contact your SECC.
Those of us that do get EAS and are capable of completing an ETRS form 
are few, and getting fewer every day.
