The Washington State SECC Met today and the question was raised 
About how broadcasters, especially small ones, stay in touch with the
Regulatory scene.    Some expressed the view that some of these 
Small stations are perhaps operating completely separated from the 
Convention flow of information regarding regulatory matters.   

Today the Feds depend on the media that follows their actions to 
Spread the word about new rules and regs....or they post notices 
On Federal web-sites etc.    

ETRS will certainly be interesting.   I suspect it will show that there
Are a lot of licensees that are going to be non-compliant and will 
Use the argument that no-one told that about any new rules etc.
