[EAS] Should a notifier activate when emergency terminates?

In our plan any emergency that terminates early would be alerted with a
Administrative Message ADR A non-emergency message providing updated information about an event in progress, an event that has expired or concluded early, pre-event preparation or mitigation activities, post-event recovery operations, or other administrative matters pertaining to the Emergency Alert System. That ADR would not be rebroadcast.
If rebroadcast is desired, a Civil Emergency Message CEM An emergency message regarding an in-progress or imminent significant threat(s) to public safety and/or property. The CEM is a higher priority message than the Local Area Emergency (LAE), but the hazard is less specific than the Civil Danger Warning (CDW). This way public and field forces may get the termination earlier, but I would be cautious about doing that. A Press Release through the agency public information officer could be a better way to go.

Recently our LP-1 station relayed an AMBER message from a local notifier. The message entered our system via an auto-answer device and was automatically relayed.
Later that evening, the child was located and the notifier again activated to issue a "stand down" type of message. Codes used were CAE in both cases. We also automatically relayed the second message.
I wondered about this, because I don't recall getting AMBER cancellations from other notifiers. Our current state plan and the plan for our operational area do not address this.
How does your LP-1 or LP-2 facility handle a CAE once the emergency is resolved?
