The FCC has issued a notice reminding EAS participants about the deadlines
for filing the various EAS test reporting system forms, and also issuing a
revised EAS Operating Handbook.  The Handbook is in the appendix of the
notice, which is attached. A copy of the Handbook must be located at normal
