[EAS] National EAS Test Forward

This 'may' have been rehashed endlessly, but given that we 'know' when
the NPT will be, do the existing EAS boxes have the capability to
manually start forwarding of the NPT, even without (in the case of
DASEC at least) upgrading software? (assuming the proper FIPS code has
been manually entered for the NPT)?

It seems that given the fact that there is 'some kind of magic' under
the hood which instructs the unit to immediately forward EAN's,
perhaps there is a back-door way to manually punch a button and
'immediately forward' the NPT before it finishes? It is just a big
linux box after all - maybe some kind of 'redirect' that turns the NPT
code into the instructions for the EAN code ;)

Knowing how to do that 'might' save someone $500 - and of course, it
only would work because we know when the NPT will be (well, give or
take a few minutes.....but that's old history)
