For 162 MHz, http://arrowantennas.com/gp/gp146.html  Use the custom 
antenna, for $ 69. Very well built. I use several.

I think you could order the amateur version, the GP146, and be in fine 
shape. A few dollars cheaper, maybe cut 2" off the vertical rod.
