As usual, Tim brings up some good points here. But my favorite here is his
comment that he wishes manuals were still on paper instead of a CD or on
line. First of all, I would advise everyone who is in that situation of
depending on the internet or "The Cloud" for maintenance information to get
that information onto paper ASAP. Yeah, it's a pain in the *#% but imagine
how much worse it's going to be if you are trying to fix or reprogram
something and your computer crashes or the internet goes down or your
connection to it isn't available. 

Yes, I realize that manuals get updated but if your bookkeeper, accountant
or bean counter is complaining about the cost of paper, recycle stuff that's
only printed on one side. The same thing goes for phone numbers and
addresses you're keeping on your computer. Even your "emergency operations
plan" should be available in a hard copy. 

Now let's talk about the password stuff...
