[EAS] Linux on SAGE EnDec Boxes?

Hey Tim,

I see a few of these older units available on ebay and used this 
hardware in Canada at a commercial FM station with balanced audio in and 
out.  If the dependencies can be met and there are enough resources on 
one of these boxes, I created an open source EAS application that 
supports CAP that might run on one of these decommissioned boxes.  
AlertPlayer has been tested on many other types of processors and 
systems, including PC recycled from the dump (landfill), TI ARM 
Pandaboard and with Intel embedded systems.
