[EAS] IPAWS Bill Needs Your Support

Oh.....OK. The bill amends a standing statute as opposed to an amendment
being added to a bill in progress. Got it. Appreciate the clarification
and distinction between the two parallel proceedings which will need
reconciliation after they pass both chambers.
