[EAS] IPAWS Bill Needs Your Support

S.1180 is a bill to amend the Homeland Security Act of 2002 ... to direct
the FEMA administrator to modernize IPAWS.

The house bill (HR.1472) is slightly different, in that it does not amend
the Homeland Security Act.  It is a standalone bill, although HR.1472 would
draw its IPAWS funding out of the allocation for the Post Katrina Emergency
Management Reform Act of 2006.  

S.1180 would fund IPAWS out of a separate allocation.
