Guys...(and gals). The mission isn't to create an overtly secure message
cypher. The mission is to simply prevent accidental occurances and reduce
to an acceptable level the risk of intrusion. 4 ASCII bytes is plenty to
insure such. The old red envelope system was two alpha only letters.
Adding another alphabet soup agency will only further complicate and delay
and meaningful efforts by stakeholders.
