Sage only has one IP connection but can poll multiple CAP servers.
Ours are polling Alertsense for Idaho, Alertsense for Washington and IPAWS.

As having recently missed two RWT's in a row from FEMA due to DSL issues, I like the three week plan.
Equally good, in my opinion, is the idea of sending the verification codes in a response to station's polling FEMA.
Question for the manufacturers, or other knowledgable persons...
Do all of the currently produced EAS boxes have the capability to function with two ISPs, provided you have two different ones available?
That might add some robustability (uh, word?) to the boxes that can access two different providers.
Some folks are using that scheme to robustify (uh...) their audio streams for program distribution.
If I had two ethernet ports on my EAS box and two ISPs, I'd certainly take advantage of that for EAS.
