Let's keep this in perspective...all of this is for a product that has never
been used as intended, has had one test and one hack. While we are tying
ourselves in knots trying to fix problems real and perceived, we should also
ask if modern broadcasters/cable operators really should have a role in a
"national" warning system? And is the idea of a "national" warning out of
date?
