So Alan, how would you know if your DASDEC or Trilithic is holding this EAN? Would it be in the Pending Alerts tab? And then what? Is there any way to keep it from releasing? 

"I think this was targeted at DASDEC and Trilithic, and should a box be 
holding the message upstream and it fires on_NOV_9, it will fall into 
the Strict time. So you can figure what's going to happen from there."
