[EAS] IPAWS EAS Feed Notifications (monthly report)

The EAS RWT report for October is attached.

 

The RWT for the Central Time Zone was not sent on Oct 20.  The RWT for the Atlantic Time Zone was not sent on Oct 20.

 

As you probably know, there was an inappropriate EAN issued on Oct 24 in some markets.  Not all EAS devices that monitored it relayed it immediately, however it is possible that your EAS device may have stored it and will relay it when the date/time stamp in the header matches the current date/time.  The inappropriate EAN header date/time stamp was Nov 9 at 1400 EST.

 

Please check with your EAS manufacturer to determine if your device may be storing the EAN only to relay it on Nov 9, and follow any instructions they have to purge it from the device.
