Dan, I think you and I are in the exact same boat.
For the most part, I've referred to the FCC's database @

However, this has gaps.  I've had to resort to checking with SBE of various
states, calling and emailing people (sometimes state reps, sometimes frequency
coordinators for the local markets) from all across the country.

If you find that golden all-inclusive list - PLEASE forward it to me!
