Maybe you live in the perfect world of OZ. In the real world the bureaucrats are more interested in protecting pensions, paying college tuitions and other personal issues. They will not step out beyond their assigned task and they don't want to hear from you. All they want is deniability. That is why PPW was not only a failure but an embarrassment to to broadcast industry.
Tom Taggert is right, these groups have no creditability.
