The thing I am concerned about it the complete loss of common sense and practicality in our government, and the proliferation of stifling rules that are hurting everyone and everything. They don't care what this all costs us, because there is yet another mentality that businesses in the US have an endless supply of cash on hands (as well as staff) for rules compliance. So my bet is we will get a burdensome, unwieldly and unfunded new rule that will require substantial changes to what we all just changed.

Next thing you know, we will be running EAS alerts in Klingon, Sindarin, Na'vi and Dothraki!

There is a reason there is a push for a single language for our government-- and its not Spanish, Chinese or Arabic.
