It's too bad the Sage Filter function won't let you create priorities according to which audio input the alert is coming in on.  If it did you might be able to create two TOR filters with one having a higher priority than the other thus holding the alert till the first completes instead of interrupting the first in mid-alert. 

But I don't think this is possible.
