The way I see it the superset for the EM community is not just "Public Warning". The entire range of responsibilities, duties and actions is "Emergency Public Information" (EPI)

This is one of the core concepts we need to keep reminding the EM community about. 

As Adrienne knows, some get it, many do not.

Getting all of this and more built into NIMS in meaningful ways should be one of our goals.
