[EAS] No TOE for WEA

Well the citizens and tax payers of Douglas County NE, the Omaha metro area, and surrounding communities should consider themselves lucky.
We got a new county E. M. a few years back and he is very pro warning. I was one of the local station engineers that he contacted to help with the EAS side of it. His plans also includes WEA. In the end, if there is a way to warn, he's all about making it happen. Under his leadership, we have formed an LECC and have a local warning plan awaiting approval. But that will just formalize what is already starting to be used. A number of other local jurisdictions are also represented, including 911 center directors.
