According to an email relayed by Alan Kline, a current episode of "Right This Minute" has EAS tones:

"An Iowa TV engineer is alerting, that a current episode of the syndicated television program <="=>Right This Minute<="=> contains EAS tones in the last segment of the program and a reference to the <="=>Emergency Broadcast System.<="=>

"IBA attorney, David Oxenford recently wrote an article about this FCC rule violation.  His article can be found here http://www.broadcastlawblog.com/2010/11/articles/eas-tones-in-commercial-messages-a-problem-under-fcc-rules/, and is important for all television station staff to be aware of."
