Thank you for your input.
Your advice about handling the relaying of an unauthorized alerts is right on the money.
I may not have made myself clear in the first post.
I was not talking about relaying an unauthorized alert from another station.
I meant this to apply to the originating station that first issued the unauthorized alert.
I should have said "originate" where I said "air" an unauthorized alert.
