[EAS] Another EAS tone set in a TV program

I think "Right This Minute" is a cable show, on HLN, so like The Weather
Channel shows, it's apparently "exempt" from concerns about broadcasting EAS
tones. A legal loophole situation...at least until someone decides to file a
complaint.
