That may be the case, however as I'm looking to assert control via the web
interface, not through the front panel or remote closure inputs.

I will grant the premise that an automated sequence using an embedded
IF/THEN loop in the remote control sign on macro to manage this is
possible. But it's not always practical. Particularly if you have a live
person managing the the sign-on. Which BTW, requires the legal ID to air
before anything else...including the RMT. Simply blasting the RMT ahead of
the official sign-on creates other problems.

In all reality, there should be equal access through the web portal as
through the front panel. If there is a security issue, then a 2nd level PW
may be needed for thse types of control. The bottom line is anything front
panel functional should also be capable through the web interface. That is
inconsistent across products at present.

I don't mean to create a negative or harsh thread. Rather a constructive
dialog on improving and simplifying functionality of the boxes for the end
users. I'm a bit surprised it hasn't been mentioned before.
