The EAS RWT report for July is attached. Many apologies for the delay in getting this sent out.

 

Some of you may have heard that FEMA is gearing up to conduct a national test of IPAWS. In preparation for the national test, FEMA is planning to conduct a limited test in West Virginia with the support of the West Virginia State Broadcast Association and the West Virginia Homeland Security and Emergency Management Division. FEMA invites EAS participants to attend a webinar hosted by Al Kenyon on Wednesday, August 27, 2014 at 1:30 pm EDT. At this webinar Mr. Kenyon will present information about the upcoming test, what you should expect, and address some EAS device configurations necessary to receive the test message. Details are as follows:
