[EAS] streaming of your radio station

When I received the encoders back in February of this year they asked me for block diagrams of the air chain and requested that the EAS unit be moved prior to the split for the streaming and off air encoder. So it is not a legal requirement only a Nielsen request.

This is a Nielsen total line reporting matter where 100% of the content is
simulcast. In our conversation with Arbitron, EAS wasn't needed for total
line reporting and has nothing to do with Part 11 in any manner. Much the
same as EAS is not required for streams.
