back to 28 May (originally due 12 May).  Reply comments due by  12 June.

The proposals on multilingual EAS can be found and reviewed on the FCC
website, FCC.gov. Go to the EDOCS search links and look for DA 14-336,
released March 11,   2014, EB Docket No. 04-296.   To submit comments go to
http://fjallfoss.fcc.gov/ecfs2/ and follow the instructions there.
