[EAS] CAP EAS Logging Question

Hey guys,

For those who are issuing RWT's and RMT's through FEMA CAP Server, could you dispense with coding the locations for ENTIRE STATE?  It would be helpful for those of us receiving those tests  Gotta log them if I get them.  Makes for more paperwork and all.  Even though we are not anywhere near San Luis Obispo.  (hint Hint)

Can't you just adjust the CAP message to not include the Entire State, and code for just  your listening area?(or LECC Area, which ever applies)??  You should be able to do this for the RWTs and RMTs that are being sent out there.

Is this a problem to do?  I though you were able to program location codes into CAP messages.

Correct me if I am wrong.
