Pardon my earlier comment as it requires some explanation.  Due to a glitch in my email filters, I thought Marlin had posted his comment to the now retired Washington State EAS list that was previously hosted at the same domain.  The addresses are darn near the same. This list is a very worthwhile service so I didn't mean to imply otherwise.  Please excuse my mistake.  Time for new glasses.
