[EAS] Lat week's missed CAP test

How do you know you missed teh RWT while NWS was off the air?
The one may not be due to the other.

I submit the same way you know if you have missed a test from any other 
Monitored source.     I check the EAS Box logs weekly and have a check-off
List for all the monitored sources (as well as for the transmission or 
Relaying of tests etc)   If you have a blank - You missed it.'

Here in Washington State we have a Remailer dedicated to EAS and these 
Things get known rather quickly.   NWS will, in the event they fail to run
An RWT, post a reason why....Usually it's because they were sending 
'Real' messages (which replace tests) 

BTW - NWR is the LP2 in Seattle
