[EAS] EPI Initiatives

Team EAS,
Most of you are aware of Richard Rudman's recent efforts on EPI and a national public warning strategy.
 
Today on the AWARE blog, he posted a good summary of what his initiatives are all about, and the reasoning for his proactive approach.
 
For those of you unsure of the background on these actions, this is a good read.  Also, you may want to forward the link to anyone else you have approached who is still on the fence regarding signing on to this effort.  The article includes links to the two initiatives that Richard is promoting.
