Pinging the IP address of the FEMA is a moot exercise because FEMA filters ICMP requests, and you will not receive a response.

I came up with a free program, Autoping", that runs on the remote computer, but obviously cannot email you if the IP connection goes down. Wondering if anyone has used Autoping, or has come up with a reliable free app. that can periodically ping a remote computer, log those pings, and send you an email if the connection cannot be pinged for a set period of time.
