Clay,

I'm not too sure what the operational configuration is for SiriusXM. There
is a direct FEMA feed arrangement with the  Washington DC facility (formerly
XM) that remains in place from an earlier NP distribution program. Doesn't
SiriusXM also originate and uplink from NYC? How does one know which
satellite constellation/uplink their receiver is monitoring? There are a lot
of unanswered questions.
