[EAS] Calling all LP-1's!

I've been very happy, in general, with my Sage Endec boxes at my LP-1/SR-1 
facility.  They are monitoring five incoming signals including state 
microwave and the region's PEP on AM.  And one monitor assignment is to a 
second nearby state due to proximity to a nuclear power plant. Only issue is 
monitor audio levels and the unbalanced inputs.  I've made extensive use of 
audio transformers and input pads to keep signal to noise ratio high in a 
fairly high RF noise facility with long cable runs.  Remote management over 
the WAN has been very convenient.
