[EAS] Out-of-band RMT

A lot depends on what your local LECC Plan says, or does not say about your local RMT's. Most of the ones I am familiar with set out the dates and times for the scheduled RMT that must be forwarded-- alternating daytime and nighttime originations each month, and specifying who originates.
I would think that a EAS log entry consisting of emails or other correspondence on this mistake would cover you, but, to be safe, always check with your licensee's communications counsel.
