Two trips to the SCOTUS and the affiliates' licenses were held from renewal
for one entire cycle while the case wound its way through the court system.
It still hasn't been settled but at least some of the stations had their
licenses renewed. 

The guy in Florida is probably going after all the affiliates...

The affiliates, since they're the ones with the licenses. The network, only
to the extent that they hold the license for their O&O stations.

And it may be happening again. We found out the other day that a guy in
Florida filed a formal complaint against us about the F-bomb's that dropped
at the end of this year's Super Bowl. (Where a guy in Florida can find
standing to complain about a station in Iowa, I don't know...)
