This is very deceptive but as I listened carefully to the ad, there are other tones sounding at the same time as the EAS tones, maybe snare drums and that may cause the tone to not be identical so they may get by with it. Between this and the zombie landing, we're losing creditability!

Some TV stations are running an ad for a movie called "Olympus has
Fallen," which premiers this month. The ad has multiple EAS
attention tones and header data as sound effects through out. Airing
this ad is, in my opinion, a violation of FCC rules. TV stations
might want to have their traffic department watch for this ad and
review it for legal compliance.
