[EAS] IPAWS RWT for Pacific zone today? Anyone?

I have 3 Sage units. I rebooted them after the IPAWS scheduled outage last week. By rebooting the statistics get reset too. I pole a company with CAP servers called MyStateUSA for alerts from Idaho and Washington. Each State has a separate log in. I pole them and IPAWS OPEN every 30 seconds. In over 13,300 poles since rebooting MyStateUSA failed zero times. IPAWS poling failed between 193 and 218 times. I didn't miss any alerts though. I never got an alarm message because there were never more than 5 misses in a row. The Sage would have alarmed on the 6th consecutive miss.

It's obvious, at least for us, that IPAWS OPEN has an issue.

Clay, I am interested in what Mark had to say, and I'm not on the Washington State remailer.
He's the only Pacific zone station that responded, so far, also not getting the IPAWS RMT, and I found it useful to know our DASDEC is not alone in the CAP void!

Plus, I'm curious about his DASDEC's "bad behavior"! Was the criminal, or just civil?

Mark-
What don't you move this to the Washington State EAS Remailer- Don't know that the entire country needs to follow this thread.
