A CAP test came through for me today.  It was a local test, not National. 
This past Monday I upgraded to 89.2, so maybe that fixed it.  Can't wait 
until Monday at 11:05 to see if the reguarly scheduled test come through. 
The scrip from today's test is as folows.

Received 01/16/13 12:20:23 Matched filter OTHERS, Received from CAP. Log 
Only.

The Civil Authorities have issued a Required Weekly Test for Madison, KY 
beginning at 12:20 pm and ending at 12:35 pm (fromcap).
