        Ken,
        I had a lengthy chat at CES with the head NOAA guy who
        wrote the specs for CMAS ... and he understands much
        better now why broadcasters are having issues with it.
        Between him, the FEMA rep, and someone from a EAS
        box maker, it is clear that Cell companies are not only
        not unified on this, they have dragged their feet in
        many cases, and would rather not be doing CMAS at all.
