In our place, the following is on the genny:
All HVAC blowers for the whole building (which supply air to the
bathrooms and kitchen.)
Both boilers, all pumps and controls.
Cooling for the studios, TOC, and transmitter room.
Fresh Air supply for the TOC depending on conditions.
Two circuits in the kitchen for refrigeration, microwave, vending, water
cooler, and coffee maker.
All tech power, including three TX's.
Front office network switches, fax, one printer, wifi, telco.
Access control, fire-suppression, and life safety.
Strategic corridor lights and power for office lamps, limited desktop
computing and laptop charging.
Exterior security and tower lighting.
I thought about the bathroom lights and fans....but after the
above.....we didn't have enough power left in the AC budget. We're that
close....
And we're well above the 100 year flood level for the immediate area.
If we flood, 2/3 of the city will be under water....
