For many years I have been using this service to my cell and email.....

Works great, I get to pick what warnings I want and ITS FREE !!!!
By the way, I am a member of our local NOAA-NWS Sky Warn team
here in metro Phoenix. I do use it for my Sky Warn activities...
I have yet to see ANY CMAS activity on my cell phone ??? 
I have recommended this service to smaller stations that don't have
a wire news service...
Send the short message to your cell and the longer one to your
station email accounts....
Just a thought !!!!!
