[EAS] EAS and CMAS

One of the things that we keep Top Of Mind here are travelers.
With I-80 running through the heart of our listening area we have 
thousands passing through every day.
In my own experience, finding a station in an unfamiliar area that has 
pertinent information is difficult at best.
Without a bit more information than "check media" it will quickly become 
an exercise in frustration.
NWS may be a more workable solution, with or without external attachments.
