EAS Participants,

The IPAWS-OPEN system will be unavailable for a scheduled software upgrade on Wednesday, February 27 from 0930-1000 Eastern Time.  During this time the EAS Atom Feed will be off line and EAS messages will not be processed.  If there is a change to this time frame a follow up email will be sent.
