[EAS] Multiple encoders

Tom - My group has stations in 4 states in the Midwest.  Most of the larger markets use one Endec per station, some are shared, even in the large markets.  It had more to do with operation and what they were used to, as opposed to cost.  I did standardize on Sage, based on previous experience and current tech support.

I encourage auto mode whenever possible; EAS works great until the human element is involved.
