It's way down on everyone's list, until it happens.

If you cannot handle it, farm it out, but don't pay for things like
SBOX, PCI etc compliance, the studio is far too fluid for things like
that to make sense. A simple security audit of a 20-point checklist
(passwords, external/internal access, devices, etc) would do and a
simple suggestion from the vendor who will obviously make money on the
deal, but make sure it's a vendor you've courted, and if you do take
classes, make sure they offer the products you've trained for. Be it
Cisco, Juniper, etc.

Security guys love to charge bajillions for this stuff, it gets their
rocks off, but you also have to remind them that it's not Fort Knox.
