[EAS] EAS Zombie Attack

I'm probably not going to make friends with this comment, but might I 
suggest that instead of
condemning the perpetrator of this "zombie" alert, they should perhaps be 
rewarded.
They put out an alert that was obviously silly and bogus, but in doing so 
they may also have prevented
someone else with a more malicious intent from hacking in and having the EAS 
system alert the public
to something much more ominous i.e. North Korean nuclear attack, especially 
in the light of recent events.

We all remember The Mercury Theater.

If someone has already stated this I apologize for redundancy. I haven't 
been able to follow every post here, but
I think it's an important take on the issue.
