Hello everyone !
Here's a request from a public-serving ham radio operator who would like to obtain an old Sage 1822 firmware chip version 6.X - if anyone may have an old one lying around, might you be willing to provide it for this fellow and the community he serves? Please contact him directly or contact me --
Many, many thanks !
Mike/

All of you broadcast engineers out there-
I am looking for some newer firmware for a Sage 1822. I don't need the newest out there, but I'd like to get into a version 6.X so I can utilize the windows software for programming it. Anybody have any old firmware chips laying around their transmitter sites that could use a good home? I'm using this for a ham system interface for a NOAA RX to rebroadcast Amber alerts over my system (and maybe some WX notices). The $$$ for a new chip is a little steep for my budget/purposes.
Please contact me off list tgundo2003 <at> yahoo <dot> com.
Thanks!
Tom
